Human race

What is our perception about our race ? Humans... We are intelligent living creatures on the earth. We have created the things that made our lives easy. We are Able to cure many diseases. On which factors you think that particular race is successful?
1 :: population
Humans are surviving in every corner of earth in large numbers.
But mosquitos also exist in every corner of earth. And they are outnumbered the humans by large margin undoubtedly. In few square kilometers area, millions of  mosquitos exist. Not only mosquitos but there are many animals, insects, whose total population on the earth is more than total human population.
2 :: ease of living
Animals or insects or other creatures struggles a lot to get the food. They also struggles for not to get killed. Humans get the food easily (most of the humans) humans also don't have fear of becoming someone's prey. But even if humans get food easily, they struggles throughout their life for other things. And they struggles more than animals. Animals rest in the bush or under the tree after eating their food . But human make his own life hell by trying to find more easier way to make his life more easy.
3 :: Lifetime of one life
Human can live till 80 years. More than a dog or mosquito or lion. But elephant can live 100 years. Tortoise live 200 years. And trees can live more than that..
