Principle

We get only one life. few years to live. very few. Right now, I am thinking that my life was just started before few days. 28 years passed and I am still chasing something. Still behind something. I am thinking something will come in my life, after that everything will be settled down. everything will be fine. Same though I was having before few years ago. And what happened? another dream.. another wish.. another engagement. 1. Nothing matters.. really doesn't matters.. don't give a shit to anything which is making you sad or unhappy.. Our mind works in following way.. before anything comes in mind , feeling comes into our mind. then our mind convert that feeling into the words.. we think in the words which we have listened from our friends/relatives/parents (in short people who have influence on you) Yourself/your mind is the nothing but the house of "your" image of people from whom you are influenced. They talk in your head to to convert feeling into sentences. whenever bad feeling comes into your mind.. STOP.. don't convert it into sentences. Don't give a shit.. instead.. think exactly opposite of that bad feeling. the good feeling.. think about the people who think good about you. and you'll notice the difference.. you'll feel good.. instead of insecurity/jealousy/anger/fear you will experience confidence/appreciation/withdrawn.. Whenever you get the bad feeling.. stop and analyse why I am getting the bad feeling.. analyse it technically... is it really an issue or it is just my prediction/assumption ? If it is prediction/assumption then leave it.. because it is not present in reality.. it is just an outcome of your head... Yo your emotions ?
